A masterpiece of 288 pages in large format and hardback – a coffee table book loaded with beautiful photos from Søllerød Kro shot throughout the year by the experienced and awarded protographer, Claes Bech-Poulsen. And the text is written by the food critic and writer Niels Lillelund. The text is mainly in Danish, but with a short summary of each chapter in English.
